Leaf Space is a ground-segment-as-a-service provider, owning and operating a global network of satellite earth stations. Leaf Space is interested in expanding its network of satellite earth stations in Chile, and we have some regulatory and earth station spectrum licensing questions.

We would need to ask questions about ITU filings, local frequency availability, and processes to submit one or more earth station licenses requests.
In particular:
- Confirmation that S-band 2025-2110 MHz (Earth-to-space), 2200-2290 MHz (space-to-Earth), EESS X-band 8025-8400 MHz (space-to-Earth), as well as EESS Ka-band, 25.5-27 GHz (space-to-Earth) would be available for space operations, and at what conditions

- Information on the stage that a satellite ITU filing be (API "As received", published in a IFIC, etc.) for Leaf Space to be able to obtain authorization earth station licenses to communicate with said satellites? For your context: In some countries we cannot obtain authorizations unless the satellites have been registered in the ITU MIFR, in other countries we can obtain authorizations as soon as the satellites is published in a IFIC (New Zealand, Bulgaria, among others), in other countries we can obtain authorizations as soon as the satellite is "As Received" on the ITU website (Iceland, Italy, Sri Lanka, Portugal, among others).

- Information on processes, forms to fill in, necessary requirements (e.g., Chilean legal entity) and costs to obtain satellite earth station licenses in the country.
