He was the regional managing<br /> director for Deloitte Consulting (Greater China), where he worked with Chinese<br /> stated-owned enterprises and multi-national corporations to help them formulate<br /> and execute strategies for sustainable growth in China and abroad.<br /> Tedjarati is a Henry Crown Fellow of Aspen Institute and also the co-founder of<br /> its Middle East Leadership Initiative and China Fellowship Program; special<br /> advisor to Chongqing and Wuhan Mayors; member of the advisory board of Antai College of Economics and<br /> Management Shanghai Jiao Tong University; and industry Co-Chair of China Leaders for Global Operations (CLGO), a<br /> dual master’s degree program by MIT and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.<br /> Tedjarati is an avid aviator. He has lived in China for more than 20 years and speaks six languages.<br /> Anne T. Madden<br /> Senior Vice President and General Counsel<br /> Anne T. Madden is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Honeywell.<br /> She is responsible for managing legal affairs, Government Relations, health,<br /> safety, environment, product stewardship and environmental sustainability.<br /> Prior to taking this role in 2017, Anne was Vice President, Corporate<br /> Development and Global Head of M&A, leading acquisition and divestiture<br /> activities for 16 years. During her tenure, Honeywell made around 100<br /> acquisitions, representing approximately $15 billion in revenues and divested<br /> about 70 businesses, representing close to $9 billion of non-core revenues.<br /> Anne joined Honeywell’s predecessor AlliedSignal in 1996 as General<br /> Counsel of Fluorine Products. Later that year she became Vice President and<br /> General Counsel of Specialty Chemicals and then Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Performance Materials<br /> and Technologies (PMT).<br /> Prior to that, Anne worked at Shearman & Sterling and KPMG Peat Marwick.<br /> Anne earned an A.B. in English and American literature from Brown University, an M.S. in accounting and MBA in<br /> finance from the NYU Stern School of Business, and a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law, where she was<br /> Managing Editor of the Law Review.
